What this looks like

Personal care looks different for everyone, and we follow your lead. We support routines around grooming, hygiene, sleep, exercise, and nutrition — always with respect for your privacy and your preferences. The goal is a daily rhythm you actually want, not a script you follow.

How we teach it

  • Co-create a morning and evening routine that fits your life
  • Visual schedules or checklists when they're helpful
  • Coach on grooming, oral hygiene, and dressing for weather and occasion
  • Support consistent sleep, hydration, and movement habits
  • Always conducted with full respect for your privacy and dignity

A real session

We talk through how this morning went and what felt easy or hard. You pull out the routine card we built together last week, mark off what you did, and adjust anything that didn't work. We set up tomorrow's clothes and review what's on your calendar — including a haircut you scheduled yourself.
