Frequently asked

Things people often ask us.

  • Are you currently accepting new clients?
Yes — Enoama is now accepting referrals, with capacity for up to 25 individuals in our first year and growth to 50+ in subsequent years. Capacity at any given time depends on staff availability and matching. Reach out and we'll let you know what we can do.
  • Who is eligible for Enoama services?
Adults aged 18 or older who have been determined eligible for Regional Center services due to a developmental disability, who are interested in Independent Living Services, and who can participate in community-based instruction with appropriate supports.
  • How are services funded?
Services are funded through the Regional Center of the East Bay on behalf of eligible clients. There is no out-of-pocket cost for individuals receiving services through their Regional Center authorization.
  • What if I don't get along with my assigned staff?
You can request a different staff member at any time, and we'll work to find a better match. Compatibility matters — we take staff matching seriously and adjust based on your input.
  • What happens if I miss a session?
Just let us know as soon as possible. We'll follow up to make sure you're okay and reschedule. We notify the Regional Center after five consecutive missed sessions per Title 17 requirements.
  • Do you serve clients in Self-Determination Program (SDP)?
Yes — we're open to working with SDP participants who choose Enoama as their provider. Reach out and we'll walk through what that looks like together.
  • What about after-hours emergencies?
Administrative staff are available after standard business hours for urgent situations. For genuine emergencies, always call 911 first.
